Hi.
I have an SL1100 phone system on one site which is currently diverting their calls through the system.
The way this is setup is with the DDI table. An incoming DDI which would normally go to a ring group now has a temporary number with 9 prefix in the Target 1. The calls divert fine, but after 27 seconds there is a beep, and then at 40 seconds the call is terminated. It is the SL1100 terminating the call. The call is going to a number on a second system which has as Auto-Attendant, as the on site system doesn't. Callers only hear some of the message before the first system is hanging up.
The 24-02-07 is set high, as other 24-02 timers.
I have checked the long conversation alarm etc, not sure what else it could be?
