SL1100 DTMF tones not picking up on called end.

My customer calls into a site that uses an auto attendant. He says the site doesn't hear his tones all the time. I'm trying to increase the tones length. I've searched to increase the tone and found 80-02 in the programming manual to do so. But when I try to change settings on the phone or on PCPro the 80-02 selection is no longer there. (6.0)
Does anyone know how to increase the DTMF tones?

No, the SL1100 user is dialing into a site that cannot hear the tones.
