Is it possible to switch off the "Check List" message when a phone misses an intercom call? It is available from the soft key anyway. With that said, is it possible to edit the soft keys? For example, removing the VM:00 if no inmail is installed?

Ah, OK. It is in quite an obvious location, skimmed past it several times. For anyone googling, to disable the "Check List" banner, untick 20-09-04.
