Hi Merry Christmas everyone! I get caught in a job yesterday try to add IP phones to a SL1100: in PcPro -> Filter Options -> IP phone List-> tick 4 ports-> Save & Upload to SL1100. Then try to program from WebPro, cannot see any IP phone in 15-05? naturally nothing works. Please help. Thank you all in advance.

Forgot to mention, IP phone registration method used was "Plug and Play". Handset program-> DHCP enabled (IP obtained from local area network Main Server) -> enter the SIP Server IP address (10-12-09), verified SIP Server port (5080), User ID 123, Logon ID 123, Password 1234. Have I missed out anything? (I can successfully PING the SIP Server IP address using the PC port at the bottom of phone,
While the phone is still down searching for SIP Server).

With plug n play you do not set a login, password. If you want that, then add 84-22, user ID (123, password (1234), set 10-46 to Automatic, add in 15-05-27 to match the entry number used in 84-22. reboot phone, you may need to reboot the system.

Thank you very much belevedere, I did all that, still no joy! I checked the licenses found only 3 items there: 1002-> Voice Mail InMail (2), 5001-> System Port License SIP Trunk (8) & 5201 Mobile Extension (4). There are no licenses for the IP Multiline phones? could that be the reason why the IP phones won't register? When I try to activate temp licenses from a handset, the command was not available, or disabled? So weird!
