I have a customer with a SL1100 system served by charter (spectrum) PRI service.
The customer is located in Georgia and they have an employee in California. When they transfer a call to the employee in California, the transfer itself works fine. However, the caller-Id info is not transferred. I have set this up numerous times For other customers and the caller-Id has Always been sent. Off premise call forward is set for all COS.
Any thoughts? Is the caller-Id transfer an option in Spectrum PRI?
