SL1100 call forward delay

The SL1100 is set to forward after hours calls to a VE that is set to CFWD a service. It works fine but there is a 8 second delay of silence while the call is set up. I was wondering if MOH could be heard during that delay? They have no VM so we have no options there. These clients are c h e ap.
