SL1000 SIP trunks integration no programming

Hello!

We have an NECSL1000 with SIP trunks. when programmed auuthorization for NDD/IDD on extensions, from mode 1 to 2.. the SIP trunk programming was lost. Tried the previous back up but no data too.
Data provided by the telco are:

IP address (service port)
VOIPDB IP Address
Subnet mask
Default Gateway
DSP IP address
Telsco SIP service address
Number block

How to rebuild the SIP program.. we still have the IP data from the telco.
