Hi everyone, is there a way to route an outside call to the department pilot number after the auto VRS message?

Is the VRS message part of an ACD licensed application?
Exactly how is the incoming call processed?

Hi belevedere,

What do you mean by part of an ACD licensed application?
Call flow is like this (Incoming call>Auto Attendant>(no 1 digit dial press)>department pilot # 400 (ext 200 if unanswered route to 201)

Department groups do not follow call forwarding. Use a virtual extension as the dial 1 destination. Place it on a button on x 200 + 201 and assign it to ring. Call forward the virtual busy no answer to voicemail. Place an InMail access button on x 200 + 201 to retrieve the message.
MB's
15-07/09 (button asignment is *03 + VE extension number)
47-13
24-09

Is this method applicable to analog phones used as operator?
I am also getting confused in this part (Use a virtual extension as the dial 1 destination. Place it on a button on x 200 + 201 and assign it to ring. Call forward the virtual busy no answer to voicemail. Place an InMail access button on x 200 + 201 to retrieve the message.)

The method I described is how we get around the limitations of the department groups. It may be best if you called in a tech familiar with the system.

Does doing those steps possible using an analog phone? Or I will be needing a digital phone for this procedure?

You need the PCPro maintenance program to make database changes. The system cannot be programmed from an analog phone. Virtual extensions can only be assigned to digital phones with available buttons.

Oh I see. I think that makes sense that's why I can't assign virtual extension on buttons.
