SL1000 Incoming SIP Trunk Delay

Hi

I have 8 inbound and outbound SIP trunks setup. The problem I am experiencing is that a inbound call will ring at the Operator console, but when answered there is a delay before the inbound caller hears you. So the inbound caller only hears the last part of the welcoming message. PLEASE help
