Sl1000 feature questions

Hi All,

I need to activate a a feature in the SL1000.

I read in a document that for call pick from any extension you need to use " *# as long as they are in the same group.
What I saw in the SL1000 backup config is that all the extension are in the department group 1 of code 16-02."
Is this the correct way so the client can take any call from any phone or is there something else that needs to be done?

At default all phones are in group 1. Have you tried it?

I went to the client and tested it out, it worked.
Seems that the all phones are in group 1
