I have AA active on incomming calls using DDI. So Target 2 is pointing to message 502. The client then wants it to ring 5 times at the switchboard, if busy or no answer then to ring at another extension for 5 rings and if that is not answered it must forward to a mobile extension.
I have setup my mobile extension and have created a department group for those 3 extensions with priority routing and have inserted that department group in Target 3 of the ddi routing.
The problem is when calling in the AA answers and then rings at the switchboard but ignores the department group routing. Any help please.
