Let me start by saying I know nothing about the SL100 but there is a tech at the site that programs it. They have a PRI link back to a remote site with an MICS with the protocol set to NI2 on both systems and they can make calls back and forth with no problems. But the customer wanted to use the voicemail at the Sl100 side for the remote side. They do have the MCDN code so I told him to change the Protocol to SL1 and set up a private network then give it a try. He did that and now he can call and see the call hit the Target line but he does not get any ringing and if he answers he does not get a voice path. I know the MICS is set correctly because I’ve connected a lot of them to Option 11’s in the past using the SL1 for centralized voicemail but I do not know what to tell the tech on the SL100 to look at. Anyone here have any suggestions?
