Skype plug in

Hi all,

I have a customer site, currently running the latest version for the 3300. latest version of MiCollab too.

The customer uses a skype plug in instead of the micollab client but at one of the clustered sites, they are unable to dial internally from skype.

All other sites work as they should with skype and without and the user can dial internally from the handset from the affected site.

happy to provide more details, any help is appreciated.

Assuming hardphones
what happens when they try - does the phone indicate what number is sent to it

is the Digit length set correctly for the ICP at that site

If I never did anything I'd never done before , I'd never do anything.....

 
hardphones - yes.
When they try it comes up with "out of Service" on the phone.

would the digit length be affecting it? the can still dial correctly if they aren't using the skype tool. I will check tho

turned out to be an ARS routing issue, fixed it last week but the customer still reported it not working when it actually was. Cheers for the assistance.
