SkyDrive folder access denied to network pc

Hi all

Running Windows Server 2008 R2 and have installed the SkyDrive desktop app.

The SkyDrive folder is C:\SkyDrive with full permissions granted to anyone.

Attempting to drop files onto the folder from a network pc produces an error, "Destination Folder Access Denied, you need permission to perform this action".

What am I missing please?
