Skpye Video COnference phone

Does anyone have a suggestion for a Skype business style video teleconferencing hub? My client does a lot of Skype calling but has a tacky camera on a tripod and they say this looks bad for when their high end investors come in from out of the country.

Any suggestions for something more professional?
