Hi,
When I want to exclude a folder from the sofware scan is it required that the Skpswi.dat file is hidden or not?
We have a couple of machines where the file is not hidden and it seems like the software scan is failing on these machines.

Software inventory will only exclude a directory if Skpswi.dat is hidden in that root or directory.
