skipping .edb files using veritas 7.3

Hi to everyone. Veritas 7.3 has been skipping the edb files for exchange. Does anybody know how to stop it from skipping these files? I have the exchange client on the machine and am all out of ideas about why it is skipping them.

Exchange edb files are going to be in use. If you have the Exchange AGENT on the server, use that to back up the Exchange store / mailboxes.
