aight i decided to create a program so people can change skins for a program without having to copy/paste the .bmp's and .jpg's ...not to mention alot of people wouldn't know how to do that. So im just wondering what would be the easiest route to doing this? i thought bout maybe having themes in seperate .zip files and when they choose a theme it will take the files from the .zip and overite the files in the skins folder for that program. Or thought about having them in a folder and have the program copy to the files to the folder, overriding previous files. These are the only 2 ways i can think of right now. Anyone have any input on which way would be easiest or have another idea for a route to doin this? thanks

you have a skins folder, with a subfolder for every skin.
the people can change the skins from inside the program by choosing from a combobox you populate with the name of the subfolders from the Skin folder.

When you want them to add a new one, they will have to download ... or get from somewhere ... a "NewSkinInstaller"(writen by you)
which will simply make a new dir in the skins directory, and copy the files there.
