Skinny attachment icon/file name...on sender and recip

Hey all, first time posting here, I've got a user with an odd problem. When the user attaches files to a Notes email, they appear as if they are squished icons and it cuts off part of the file name as well. The recipient sees this graphical error as well. Any help would be appreciated. Here's a SS so you can get a better idea of what's goin on.

There is an old technote (#127774) that mentions a similar issue and points to defective video drivers as the cause. The technote specifies that recipients are also affected.
Maybe you can try to have the user install the latest video drivers, and see what happens ?
