My employer just purchased a years worth of skillsoft training.
Has anyone used it before and if so what do you think.

I pressed for transcender but cost was the driving force for this choice.

I have downloaded some of the demos from transcender and they seem to have a much better product and pool of questions to pull from.

Any thoughts would be great thanks....

A former employeer had an inhouse skillsoft system. None of the employees liked using it. The system wasn't very reliable, and the interface had all sorts of problems. There were many reports of people going through the lessen then at the end the system reported that they never did it, so they had to do it again.

Good luck.

We have had that problem with the product and it does not like the newest version of the java cleint.. but thanks so much for your input.

Another question I have for you if I may is.. did the people using it find the product a decent representation of exam material.

Thanks again

I'm really not sure. This was a few years ago. I have probably just forgotten.

My company uses Skillsoft to but personally I don't get on with it. We had the same java issues but even when you get it working I don't find it's anything more than some introductory reading for an MCSE - no way you'd pass just referencing the material they have. Mind you I've never gotten on with any e-learning I've tried, I just seem to take more in when in a classroom environment.

Thanks for your input
