Skillsets name display not correct when ring extn

Hi guys

I have a bcm450 rel 1 with call centre
I have an issue where an incoming call that rings a skillet and answer correctly with skillet name displayed.

The issue is when then agent does not answer the call the call goes to another agent but displays a different skillet name.

I have made the call in And watched the call ring the agent, made the agent busy and call bounced to next free agent and they answered me.
The name displayed wasn't the original name the presented to the first agent.

The skillet does not have any overflow to another skillset.

The agents are in multiple skillets but the incoming skillset name should not change

System patched and rebooted.

Any ideas

 
Could be a 1.0 bug.
I assume the name that shows up is one of the other skillsets the agent is logged into?
Is it always the same name that shows up for the second agent?

yes
the original skillset name called say ( showers) comes in to the first agent(logged in as multi agent) and changes to another skillset name(Power showers) if the original agent hits the not ready button .

it has only started to happen bcm450 rel1.

I am going to upgrade to Bcm 450 rel6 next week
