Web Client 4.5 Skillset Real Time Display shows 0 under Skillset State column when agents are staffed. If not staffed the skillset disappears. Is there a way to know which skillsets are not staffed in Web Client. In the thick client it shows "In Service" or "Out of Service(NA)"
