Skillset real-time display: Avg Ans Delay

Hello

The question is about calculation of Avg Ans Delay in Real-time display by skillset.
As I know this value is getting from
Avg Ans Delay = CallsAnsweredDelay / CallsAnswered

I am interesting in including incomming network calls to calculation of this value?
