Skillset missing in Skillset Report

I have a few skillsets that are missing from reports and they seem to appear 2 weeks later in reports. Not sure how pegging is done for skillset reports. I know that its supposed to peg 0 active time for skillsets not staffed but some do not even show.

whats your log in cover? supervisors here do not see skillsets unless i give them that access.. they can only see the ones that are for there dept

I have admin rights and I linked to the database through Access and checked the table and the data is not there. I have opened a ticket with Nortel. Let you know when I find the answer

As per Nortel the 0 against the System Application when there is no one logged in that 15 minutes is wrong and it should not peg. We wanted the 0 to show up for all skillsets not staffed but as per Nortel nothing should peg and the skillset should not even be listed in the database. Since some skillsets are showing up with 0 for not staffed times Nortel is working on a fix.
