Skillset display on phonesets

Where do the phonesets get the skillset display?
Is there a place to name them in the switch?, or do they get the skillset display info from the symposium?

The skillset name display is from the Symposium.

You can add the display and length of the display field in "phoneset dislay" from the Symposium client.
