How can I configure Day routing for skillset, it's my first time.
i use CCR not Greeting. and this skillset is with EWT.
plz tell me step by step what's can i do this is a basic call routing step.
Just i have a ccr message, the first path (press 1) is for customer care and i put the skillset CDN on it. now how can i configure day routing on skillset (means steps) also i need EWT, where can i put it when i confuguer skillset routing>
i see in the document.
1- Greeting, Normal, No Transfer
2- Distribute for 00:15
3-Go to Step 2 .... etc
How can i bulid this with the information above basically.

In order to use EWT you need to record multiple greetings.
For example
1 saying the waiting time is less than a minute.
2 saying its less than 2 minutes.
3 saying its greater than 2 minutes.
The next stap is to create the EWT table using those greetings.
In the day routing select the EWT table you just created.
