I have a customer with a BCM 450 and we are setting up there AA. They want the CCR Tree to send path 1 to a group of 3 phones, and path 2 to send the caller to another group of 2 phones. We are working with skill sets for the first time and are trying to figure out the best way to accomplish this. They want the flexibility of the agents being able to log in and out. Where do I begin? We have purchased 8 agents and 2 skill sets.
