SK99 file format description?

Hi,
does anybody know whether the sidekick file formats have been described somewhere? If yes, how can I get that information?
I'd be interested to be able to read/write to those formats firectly.
This for contacts, calendars (events, etc...) and memos.

Thanks for any help.
