Size of objects within Notes database.

Im a notes 8.02 end user within my organisation, altho techy enough to add menu items and the odd script to
remove read-receipts (dont u just hate them...)

I can see my notes database size from file, application, properties.

Question - are their any utilities available that i can use as an end user to summarise the properties (i.e. size in meg) of the objects within my database.
e.g.
email folder abcd takes up x meg disk space
email folder efgh takes up y meg disk space
your calendar is z meg disk space
etc etc
