Is there are tool or a way I can find out how much space each of my user's archives are taking?

Sorry, but what does this get me? I can get into the server itself. Most users have email archives dating back 5+ years. I want to have people trim those down but first I need to know how large they are.

I use NEXIC Personal Publisher every so often for archive maintenance. Then I burn the HTML copies to CD this may work for ya.

I have all of my user's archives in their home directories. So I can search for of???arc in the HOME folder and get a list of all of the archive folders.

Once the search is complete highlight them all and go to properties. It can take a few minutes but it should give you the size.
