Hi everybody, I am new to access and have a problem with my report printing extra pages that contain no data on them. I have a report with multiple subforms that can grow and shrink as needed. The problems is that the report may span 1-2 pages, depending on the information entered by the user of the system, and the last subreport on the report has a fixed height for user notes. This creates a problem because that section, in many cases, could shrink a line or two and have the report fit into one single page. Any suggestions or fixes would be greatly appreciated! Thank you and have a nice day!!

check this - page set up. Look at your margins and measure your paper (portrait or landscape) account for those margins, lessen if you can. Then with the space left. Make sure that you look at the ruler at the top and bottom. Dont make the report and sub line up, make their ruler amounts line up. If the horizantal of the page for the main report goes to 7", only let the sub go to 7". If you need more help, let me know.

hi misscrf,
thanks for you advice, I have set up the margins around the page already. I am looking to see if there is any way to dynamically set the size of subreports/reports to match the size of the growing or shrinking pages.
