I can't find information about size limit of mailbox ?
Some of our users reached 4 GB (or more) of mails in each mailbox.
In exchange 5.5, the number of items in a folder of mailbox is 16384. What about this number in Exchange 2000 ?

Thanks for your help.

The correct way to manage a mail server is to put the limits on the mailboxes yourself. That way you can control in conjunction with the diskspace you have. Letting users get to 4 gig is nice if you have enough diskspace.

As for Exchange 2K, you are allowed up to 16 Gb for the single mailstore in Exchange (basic edition) and numerous mailstores which are unlimited in size for Exchange 2K Enterprise Edition.
