Size a select List

Is there a way to size a select list so that more options apear. As it is only 10 options out of 24 show when the list is opened. I would like 20 or so to drop down when the list is clicked on. the page is in my signature. All help will be greatly appreciated.

i think that's up to the browser. i get 20 in firefox, 10 in IE
