Sites do not appear to be replicating

I have a SMS site and I used to be able to run my script on the central site and get a full inventory of the whole site. However now it does not appear that it is working if I run my script on the central site I can not see all the data on the other sites. (I know this because when I run the same script on the other sites I get diff data).

Does anyone know why/how I can fix this everything appeares to be working fine, however the other sites are no longer replicating to the central site.
