SiteManager-1 problem: "Failed To Send Audit.Log"

Hi all.

I have a problem with the application GUI "Check Point Provider-1/SiteManager", I can't do any change in Provider from it becouse I receive the error: "Failed To Send Audit Log". There are no paquets dropped between client and server.

¿Any idea?

I have Checkpoint NG R55 Build 11.
