Site to site VPN via external IP

I have a vendor who I am setting up a site to site VPN with, and they require our source IP to be an external, registered IP. I believe I have all of the site to site settings configured correctly, but aside from that, what rules will I need to allow communication? This is on a 5500 series ASA, and I'm using ASDM 6.4.
