Site to Site VPN - Extranet?

We currently have numerous company sites connected using PIX 515's and site to site VPN's over the Internet. I was recently asked if we could establish a site to site VPN with a third party company for some consulting work they will be doing. They are not using a PIX but said their firewall is IPSEC compliant. What would be the best way to setup a site to site VPN between this third party and our main office PIX 515?

Configure the exact same values on both devices for both phase 1 and phase two settings. If you know the third party device, it's possible you could find a link with both configurations.
