Site Systems status shows critical in the central site ?!!

The status of the site systems shows as CRITICAL in the Central Site but not in the Primary Site which is a child site of the Central Site. In fact the site system (BDC which is assingned as SMSlogon point) has been removed around 3 months ago from the Primary site(child site) still reflects in the Central Site as CRITICAL but not in the Primary site. Any clue to get rid of this kind of unwanted status messages?!!

The SMS ver. is 2.0 sp2..
