Site System Role not showing up

I have just installed a secondary site with Windows 2000 Server as OS (member server). I have already configured this server to be SMS Site Server, SMS Client Access Point and SMS Component Server. My problem is that when I check the other sites' Site System, I cannot see the new server but when I chose the new server's site system, I can view the server's site system role. The other secondary site server's OS is NT. Do you have any idea why I cannot see the Site System Role of the new Windows 2000 server from the other sites? Thanks. :)
