I have a site that was previously and for a long time been used by crackers to send spam. That problem has since been solved. However, we still cannot receive any mail. Receive, not send.
This is a government site, by the way.
We have now a clear reputation and are able to send any mail anywhere like we should.
We cannot receive mail from anywhere, weather from external sites or from ourselves.
This is the log entry we get every time we should receive any mail:

After that, messages such as these appear in our log:

Our logs are full with occurrences of these messages.
I am not positive that they correspond to the same mail, or to a previous one. They correspond to test messages which I send from the outside to inside to debug the problem.
