Hi there i have done a general layout for a site that i am redesigning.

Can i get some comments on the overall design, colours, images etc...

Anything i can improve on?

Nothing much wrong with the look of the site. The image of the man shhoting at the car (why is he doing that?) is a bit blurry, and the names of the games are rather blocky, but otherwise it's fine.

I suppose the only concern you should have is how many of your visitors are on 800x600 screens, cos your design is 900px wide. It's not wildly optimistic to assume that xbox gamers will use bigger sizes though.

I took a look at the markup. I won't strop about you using tables instead of CSS, but some of the ones you use are unnecessary - you have two nested tables around the top banner image, for example. Still, it doesn't really matter for a prototype.
