It looks good so far to me, though while the bottom animated "banner" is slick on the first page, it's really distracting on the second when I'm trying to read.

I agree too about the banner. If you choose to have an animation then make it subtle and not right there in your face.

Yes the animation is distracting. Maybe on the inner pages you could have one that only loops once.

Did you do the Celtic site also? It looks great.
