Hi,
Very nice site, I like that!!!
I would make a few modifications though:
- Make the opacity for the pages about 5-10 percent darker.
- On the opening page I would bring the dropshadow closer to the words on the link buttons
- Your driving directions page is all one image. Why? That just adds a longer download time. All that text should be turned into text.
- You need validation for your contact form. I was able to send you a message by leaving all the fields blank, you don't want this as you have the possibility to receive many blank messages.
Other than that I think it is a good website. I would do a bit more color correction on some of the images personally but I leave that to your discretion.

Thanks for the comments. I still have s few things to do to the site to update it.
As regards the directions, I will change this from one image - I took that from an old design of the site.
As regards the contact form, I have to revamp that anyway as it uses a form processing script from the old host and I need to change it to use CDONTS. I will add in validation when I do that.

Nicely laid out web site. I would agree with the opacity comment--that will help readability significantly. The only other thing that struck me was having the navigation links at the bottom on the home page, but at the top for the rest of the site. I think for usability it would be best to keep them at either the top or bottom throughout the web site.
