Hi Guys,

I was wondering if you could take the time to check out my new site. I work for a Medical Device company and I am a programmer rather than a Web Designer so this was not easy for me.

The task was to redesign the current company website ( to make it more clean and clinical.

My attempt (not live yet and still in the tidy up stage) can be found at
Any comments will be appreciated.

Hi,

Very nice looking site!! I really like that. :)

One thing I would do though is: keep those top links on your first page with the mouseover links consistant on all pages.

Other than that, very nice!

Huge improvement.
But I agree on the links comment posted previously.
Makes the website easier to navigate if you have your links in one place. Otherwise people get frustrated when they see navigational links placed in one window and something different in another.

Overall though good work. You can change the website already and work on the links issue later.

first, I agree. very nice job and great improvment. that's one of the better layouts I've seen in a bit.

I viewed the site in 800* + 1024* res IE5.5+ and then NN6.2+

one big problem---the navigation mouseover does not seem to work in NN at all. might want to look into that if you want a bit of compatibility from those browsers.

everything else seems browser friendly though.

the site is well placed in all the resolutions I viewed it in which in itself can be a challenge.

Well done a vast improvement over the existing site, fast loading and looks good at different screen resolutions. Again as per previous posts keep the links at the top of the page

Mighty, verry nice!! A vast improvement from the old site...
Nice colors, nice font style...
Only one thing, make the navigation menu the same on all pages, but other then that, good job...[smile]

Forget the Nobel Peace prize, I just want to take over the world!! [hammer]

Mighty,

I have to say you blow the old site away!!! Good stuff!!

I have one recommendation though for the news ticker. Make it stop the scrolling when you have your mouse over a link. Interactivity like might improve what looks already great! :)

Guys,

Thanks for all the nice comments. It's nice to get them from people in the "business". The navigation point seems to be the common one so I will have to look at that. I might take grtfercho's advice and go live as is and then change the navigation at a later date. I'll have to run that one by my boss.

Edd1, the scroller that I use on the home page can be found at Click on Scrollers on the home page and the one that I use is Mike's DHTML Scroller.

Thanks again for the comments guys - much appreciated.
