Just designed it yesterday, so its still in the works, I know its missing something, I think I need to do something with the logo, make it a bit more fancy. Any ideas apprieciated.

I like the soft colors and no vertical scroll on 800X600.
I would shorten the header and expand the crosshatch to cover a bit more.
You are right on target about the logo.
By shortening the header you could gain consistency with the gray bar at the bottom. DeZiner

With Mozilla it shows:
#CCCCCC" size
right before eyevote.com in the main panel.
Don't like the fact that it sets cookies! Argh! What is with this? When something is in review what is the point of setting a cookie???? Help me understand this issue. Sigh....
Anyway, it looks very good in Netscape.... better than in IE because it makes the logo narrow and close to the top of the page rather than half the screen.
