Site Review Request

Good Evening Everyone,

I am in network admin, and do not get to do a lot of site design and coding. This is my first pet-project outside of work.

The photosite section is the part I would like feedback on. Please note that I still have some browser compatibility issues to work out, but IE should display it as I have intended. Additionally, I have not validated the code as of yet, but plan to do so shortly, when complete. I am mostly looking for suggestions on the 'look' and 'feel' of the page.
