Hi,
IE6, 1024*
1. I think the main logo and header area in general is way to big. is it possible to mahe it smaller. I personally think 60px is plenty for a header section.
2. Any reason for the picture on the left? Maybe put some information here? or links?
3. Login form: Swap the buttons, Submit on the left, reset on the right.
Inside pages:
1. I get side scrolling unless I maximise by browser. This should be designed also for 800*600 resolution (45% of users)
2. Left links, interesting rollover!
Log Out instead of Log off?
3. Some of the images are very large and take long to download, and i'm on a fast connection.
4. You should probably use softer colours, not so hard on the eyes.
Thats about all. You said be brutal.

Two little things I found.
Why the generic password? Why not go directly to the main page. I assume it has some purpose. If not you should consider getting rid of it. I found it annoying and almost considered not looking at your site.
You have these great images in the middle and top of the page and this basic table with some plain text links on the side. Changing might add a little more.
Overall thumbs up.
