A few things I've seen:

[ul]
[li]Your menus are basically lists, use an unordered list to show them[/li]
[li]You have a vertical bar (pipe) after your links as a separator. Screen readers will read this character. Might be better to use a right border on the anchor tag and a little padding to separate it from the words.[/li]
[li]Some sections of the site are bordered with a 1px black border, but others are not. Makes for a disjointed experience.[/li]
[li]The footer looks to be absoultely positioned, and is appearing in the middle of the returned data in Firefox[/li]
[/ul]

Just some things of course.

George has found several problems already, the footer appearing in the middle of the page is the most critical. There are also a few validation errors on the site roster pages that you should clean up. Also on those pages you're apparently using [tt]<td class="ns">[/tt] to identify table cells which are headings. There's an element intended to do that: [tt]<th>[/tt] - use that instead and style it to suit. See for more guidance on building good tables, you could do a lot to pretty them up.

But those tables are at the heart of the fundamental problem with your site - its focus. At the moment it's primarily a database of transmitter sites across the US, with a little bit of information about Subcarrier tacked on around the edges. I counted four paragraphs of text in the whole site that tell me what your company actually does, and what I might use them for.

I'm guessing that you had a database of sites and reckoned that it would be a simple thing to put online, and a way of kickstarting your site with some good content. Well good, you've done that, now it's time to move up to the next level. You need to think hard about who your customers and potential customers are, what they need, and what you can do to help them. Make it easy for them to find what they're looking for too. For example, if I wanted you to come round to see if I could have a mast on my roof, I'd never think to click on "Submit a Site" - I don't have a site yet. "Free Survey" would be more likely to get me there.
