Can someone please help me get started in designing a website submission script? I am not exactly new to perl but I mainly design contact forms and other simple projects.

Let's just say the person wants to submit to altavista. And their form requires let's say name, url, email. To top this off lets pretend the action url is

http://www.altavista.com/addurl.cgi

Can someone help me get started?
