Hi there,
Sorry if you think this is the wrong section of the forum but I am sure that someone will be able to give me an idea.

I have 3 websites hosted in a hosting provider (I don't know the operative system they are using in the servers yet)

The problem is that I can access to my sites from Ireland, also from Italy, but they don't work from Spain (sometimes). The error the users get is "The requested URL could not be retrieved" but If I try to access from Italy or Ireland works fine. It happens from different companies and different cities.

The first email that I sent to the hosting provider support, they told me that everything was fine. I sent another one 2 days ago trying to get this fixed but I haven't got any answer yet.

I'd really appreciate if you had a good idea about what the problem can be.

Thanks a lot!!!
Kazan.

Most likely DNS records, or possibly bad routing.

Carlsberg don't run I.T departments, but if they did they'd probably be more fun.

Thanks Grenage.

Is this has to be fixed by the hosting provider?

Thanks

Yes indeed, unless you happen to be hosting the DNS records yourself (and even then, it's unlikely). I am guessing you do not host them!

Your provider is really the person to deal with this problem.

Still dealing with this issue.
The users from Spain using the National Telecom as ISP can't reach the server where I have the sites. They don't any problem if they try to access to another server in the hosting provider network with the same IP range.

Also, there is another ISP in Spain apart of the national one, and the users that use this ISP do have access to both of the servers.

I think that the problem is in the Hosting provider site but i'm not sure how to proof this.

Thanks for you help.
